September 5, 2010 is the annual celebration of "Jury Rights Day" whereby "We the People" commemorate our obligation and duty, as citizens. to protecting our neighbors from the avarice and greed of the corporate governments with which we now are suffering. Our National constitution specifically delegates, by Article 3, Section 2, all "Admiralty and Maritime" jurisdiction to the Federal courts

Accordingly, New Hampshire's corporate government now offers "Administrative Tribunals", falsely posing as courts of justice and operating in a commercial jurisdiction for profit,. Thus, these "places of business" call you their "customer" and are unlawfully acting in "Admiralty and Maritime", a contractual jurisdiction that displays the gold fringe flag of that jurisdiction. This is reserved and delegated by Article 3-2 to the Federal Courts.The exclusion of the 7th Amendment by New Hampshire Tribunals is unconstitutional as the 7th guarantees all, the RIGHT to a jury trial for any suit at Common Law for claims of $20.00 or more.

What occurs now is "Public Policy", not common law, is used for revenue producing purposes by the corporation, known as the State; wherein the corporate fiction falsely claims to be the "victim" of some paper terrorism created by the corporation for the specific purpose of raising revenue.

It should be firmly infused in everyone's minds, that if there is NO Property damage, and NO Human victim, there can be no crime! Fictions, which are all municipal government corporations, do not breath nor have human feelings, hence can not be hurt. Jury duty provides us with the opportunity to protect our fellow citizens from overzealous prosecutors, seeking to justify their existence at the expense of our neighbors. We must demand a return to the constitution and to the 7th amendment for all Common Law in this State.

Remember. No Property Damage, No Human Injury, NO Claim!

Whereas tre United States supreme court settled the matter in 1992 in the case of United States v.Williams, 504 U.S. 36 wherein writing for the majority, Justice Antonin Scalia confirmed that the Amercian Grand Jury is;
1- Not Part of the judicial system.
2- Not Part of the Executive Branch
3- Not Part of the Legislative Branch of our government but;

Rather, is in effect, the 4th BRANCH of government belonging to and owned by "We the People" who have exclusive government and control for the administration of the Grand Jury directly by and in behalf of the American people. The power and authority of the people emanates from the Bill of Rights. Accordingly, the citizens have an unbridled RIGHT to impanel their own Grand Juries and present "True Bills" of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence criminal proceedings, pursuant to the Grand Jury "True Bill".

Our Founding Fathers most presciently created this powerful buffer, for which the people may rely upon for justice when public officials,
including judges violate the law and become criminals.

Please consider it an honor to be called for jury duty and be circumspect in your answers to any questions you may be asked else you may not be seated and denied the right to protect your fellow citizen.
